HUBCAST SECURES $8.1 MILLION IN SERIES A FUNDING
BURLINGTON, MA – November 1, 2007:
HubCast announced today that it has closed a Series ‘A’ round of funding totaling
$8.1 million. The financing round was led by two firms: Commonwealth Capital Partners
in Waltham, MA and Ascent Venture Partners in Boston, MA.

HubCast, Inc. introduced the first Open Commercial Print Utility to connect print
communication service providers to a certified global network of digital and offset
print facilities. HubCast subscribers offer their corporate clients the most economical
and environmentally efficient printing options. Around the corner or around the
globe.
HubCast was founded in 2005 by CEO Toby LaVigne to address the opportunity of distributed
