I’m an existing HubCast customer:

Why did I receive the “HubCast Is Now Part Of Mimeo” email?

Mimeo has acquired HubCast, which is now operating as a Mimeo company. The HubCast system is up and running and accepting orders.

I don’t want to use HubCast anymore. What do I need to do?

If you have been unsatisfied with HubCast’s platform, we encourage you to sign up for a free Mimeo account, which is available to all HubCast customers. Users can sign up, instantly, on Mimeo.com. Mimeo’s platform enables users to instantly build, proof, print and ship documents. If you need help, our Customer Support team is available to assist you.

What changes for me?

  • Dramatic Increase in Customer Support: HubCast customers will now have access to customer care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. HubCast previously offered to support during the hours of 6am-10pm daily.
  • Unaltered User Experience: Nothing about your previous user experience with HubCast will change. The platform will remain completely unaltered and function in the exact same way.
  • Increase in Product Offerings: HubCast customers will have access to a wider range of products via the Mimeo platform.

Will my prices go up?

No. HubCast prides itself in offering its customers the best market pricing available today. Mimeo will honor the same pricing HubCast offered in the past and will continuously look for ways to further improve pricing. As one of the largest printers in North America, Mimeo’s buying power, through economies of scale, will pass additional savings onto customers. Customers will have complete transparency in all pricing. No unknowns, no surprises.

What happened to the next day service?

As the HubCast network is fully integrated into Mimeo’s technology, Next Day service will be temporarily replaced with Express Service. This shipping option will provide customers with a 2-3 business day delivery date. This ensures that HubCast can reliably meet customer expectations and deadlines during this time of transition.

Will Mimeo help reduce my shipping charges?

Yes. HubCast will leverage the strength of Mimeo’s long term partnership with FedEx to provide the most competitive shipping quotes. Your account representatives can consult with your team on the most ideal shipping scenarios. Additionally, Mimeo’s flagship production facility is adjacent to the FedEx North American hub in Memphis, further decreasing shipping costs and increasing cut off times. For something as variable as shipping costs, it is critical that our customers have as many options available to them as possible to maximize flexibility and savings.

Will all my orders have tracking information now?

Once an order has been placed, order tracking information will be provided within the HubCast platform. All orders in the United States and orders that cross an international boundary will have tracking information associated with it. For orders that are being delivered point to point within a country, in platform tracking information will vary due to nature of in country (local delivery). For those specific orders, please contact customer care as done in the past, which has now been extended to 24 hours a day.

What is currently the fastest turnaround time for delivery of materials?

  • Currently, the fastest option available for delivery is 2-3 business days. Next day delivery will remain available for U.S. orders. Customers will be notified when next and same day service resume via the HubCast platform.
  • Cutoff times remain unchanged; Orders must be placed before 10:30 am in the time zone in which it is being delivered. Please note that next day delivery available only in the U.S. at this time.

Will my list of available products increase?

Yes. The products available to customers will increase immediately through use of Mimeo’s platform. Over time, we will also work to add these products to be integrated into the HubCast platform.

Who is my new sales contact?

Are my payment terms the same?

Yes, payment terms are the same. Invoicing details will need to be updated, please contact Customer Care or your sales representative for assistance with setup.

How do I get help?

Are there new SLAs?

  • There are no changes. As previously mentioned, Next Day delivery has been temporarily replaced with Express Service.
  • What if I want to setup credit versus paying by credit card?
    You may set up credit by completing a Mimeo corporate account form. Please contact your account representative for more information.

What does the Mimeo announcement mean to me?

This announcement is greatly beneficial to both HubCast and Mimeo customers. The immediate results are an increased level of customer service, an expanded product suite, and no changes in existing pricing.

Recently, Mimeo’s CEO, John Delbridge, has sent emails to HubCast customers, personally inviting them to learn more about Mimeo and answer any questions. Customers interested in Mimeo may simply reply to those introductory emails as well.

Does my login information remain the same?

Yes. All HubCast logins will remain the same.

HubCast past issues/cases that were not resolved or credited, will Mimeo honor the credit or reprint?

Mimeo has full intention to resolve issues/cases that remain outstanding. Please contact customer care for more information.

What are the delivery cutoff times for my current timezone?

The cutoff is 10:30am of the delivery time zone. Exceptions may apply. As the HubCast network is fully integrated into Mimeo’s technology, Next Day service will be temporarily replaced with Express Service. This shipping option will provide customers with a 2-3 business day delivery date. This ensures that HubCast can reliably meet customer expectations and deadlines during this time of transition.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Weekend deliveries are not standard within HubCast’s platform. For exceptions, please contact customer service.

I have uploaded the wrong file, can I change it? (Same for cancellation requests)

We always do the utmost to accommodate changes for our customers. Due to automated nature of the platform, orders already in production cannot be changed. Please contact customer care for job status and available options. If the order was submitted more than an hour ago, it is likely in production.

Are there any immediate benefits I can expect as a HubCast customer?

HubCast shut down leaving me in a bind, why would I do business with HubCast again?

Can I warehouse with Mimeo and fulfill via the HubCast portal?

Yes.

Can Mimeo offer CDs and Kitting. If so, how would that be made available in one environment.
